Pleasant staff and central location to village

On edge of golf course. There were various places to sit, two pools, close to shopping and restaurants

Breakfast was not included in our package. We purchased it once. Good but pricey.

The view was excellent. The rooms comfortable, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent.I came in on crutches because of a bad fall. Without me asking they have me a handicapped room with a walking shower!

2 fantastic pools Great location by ocean and food court was great about providing us with information about our location and even allowed us an early check in. Very personable!

The concierge was very helpful when our prepaid taxi failed to show up for the airport transfer. He secured another taxi immediately.

Old property

We had 2 day stop over in Singapore and decided we wanted to explore a diferent part of Singapore. Having a shuttle bus to the airport meant we could have a day at Jewel. Amazing. We also could walk to a park near water and beach. Just down the road is a Hawker centre that was a local favourite.

This is an older hotel that we have stayed at previously, so we were already familiar with the facilities and what to expect. The main reason we chose it again was its excellent location, being closer to the airport than the city hotels, which made it ideal for our early morning flight. What really stood out this time was the check-in experience. We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff immediately went out of their way to accommodate us. They worked diligently to prepare our rooms ahead of schedule, showing genuine effort and care to make our arrival smooth and comfortable. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond left a very positive impression, and we were truly appreciative of the extra effort. Overall, while the hotel itself reflects its age, the convenience of the location and the exceptional service at check-in made our stay worthwhile.

A very large, comfortable room with an excellent bathroom. Some good channels in English on the TV. Tea and coffee in the room. Wish I could have stayed longer!

OUTSTANDING, love it .. love it. This was the second time we booked this hotel because it’s accessible to almost everything that we wanna go to!!

The bathroom shower was clogged and the water did not drain. They need to replace and fix the drain stopper.

Loved the location being right by the hawker market and the park. We were only there for 1 night.
